Scope of the service

Traits Test Centre provides cognitive and personality assessments for self-knowledge and entertainment. The service is not a clinical assessment, not a diagnostic tool, and not a therapy provider.

Included trial and billing

• Every test purchase includes a 7-day TraitMind trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. These renewal terms are shown next to the payment buttons before you pay.
• Cancel the trial any time before it ends from your dashboard and you will never be charged for the subscription. We email a reminder before the first renewal.

Refunds

• A directly purchased subscription starts the moment payment clears.
• Cancel any time from your dashboard, two clicks.
• After cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancel.

Fair use

Paid assessments are limited to one attempt per 90 days unless you hold an active TraitMind subscription. Repeated attempts at the same paid assessment within that window may be invalidated.

Limitation of liability

Traits Test Centre and its operators are not responsible for any decisions you make on the basis of assessment results. The service is provided as-is.
